Do I need to pay a deposit?
A non-refundable deposit of $1,500 is required to secure your event date. There is a 50% deposit for required for special events.
How many guests can your event space hold?
The Barn at St. Clair West accommodates up to 200 guests. Along with the barn, we offer a picturesque outdoor event space, complete with a vineyard, ideal for weddings and special occasions.
Is alcohol and bar service available on-site?
Yes, St. Clair West provides full-service bar offerings on-site to elevate your event experience.
Is there a cost to attend your community events?
Most of our community events are free, though some festivals may have an admission fee. Vendor and food item costs may also apply at certain events. Check our Community Events page for details.
